startup-notification ported to XCB
Read OriginalThe article details the author's successful port of the startup-notification library to the XCB (X C Binding) protocol. Patches have been submitted to the XDG mailing list for review. If accepted, this will allow the library to be used in the Awesome window manager, advancing its compliance with Freedesktop standards.
